There are paragraphs and paragraphs of text without much useful, testable information. Granted, there are a few chapters that are well-written and do an "approach to x".
However, similar guides can be found from resources such as UpToDate or Pediatrics

The book is divided into two sections. Section One focuses on the general practice of pediatrics, including normal preventive visits.
